The previous waves primarily focused on mass production, consumption and distribution of coffee. With investment in coffee community development programs, EUCA designed training modules (Barista Skills, Roasting Science, Sensory Cupping & Tasting, Brewing Craft and Latte Art Design) and emphasis on hyper-professionalism, the EUCA aspires to become an exciting and enduring new wave for the global coffee industry with our members.
